SUMMARY:Woman's Self Defense Training with T.A.K.E.
DESCRIPTION:Empower yourself with the skills and confidence to stay safe. The Ali Kemp Foundation presents TAKE Defense Training\, a self-defense program designed specifically for women. This training provides girls and women of all ages with hands-on defense training to provide safety awareness that everyone needs and deserves. The goal is to give women the advantage if you’re ever in a situation that makes them question their safety. \nThis program is free to attend\, but a $15 donation is suggested to support the Ali Kemp Foundation in continuing to bring self-defense training to communities to help keep women safe. \nNo pre-registration required\, but you will need a waiver; you can find it here and more information about the T.A.K.E foundation. \nTo learn more about TAKE Defense\, please visit: https://takedefense.org/event/edgerton-park-recreation/
