 in an encouraging environment where questions are welcomed. During class\,
  you’ll feed your own starter\, mix a loaf of dough\, practice stretch-a
 nd-fold techniques\, help bake a loaf\, and prepare another loaf for cold 
 fermentation at home. While working\, you’ll enjoy sourdough-inspired ch
 arcuterie boards and plenty of time to learn and connect.\n\nEach particip
 ant will take home a complete sourdough kit\, including a large mixing bow
 l\, bench scraper\, two cheese cloths\, a lame\, silicone spoon\, your fre
 shly fed starter\, step-by-step instructions\, helpful tips\, and Brie’s
  business cards for continued support.
