DESCRIPTION:Empower yourself with the skills and confidence to stay safe. T
 he Ali Kemp Foundation presents TAKE Defense Training\, a self-defense pr
 ogram designed specifically for women. This training provides girls and wo
 men of all ages with hands-on defense training to provide safety awareness
  that everyone needs and deserves. The goal is to give women the advantage
  if you’re ever in a situation that makes them question their safety.\n\
 nThis program is free to attend\, but a $15 donation is suggested to suppo
 rt the Ali Kemp Foundation in continuing to bring self-defense training to
  communities to help keep women safe.\n\nNo pre-registration required\, bu
 t you will need a waiver\; you can find it here and more information about
