Downtown Master Plan

In 2017, the City Council commissioned a study from SWT Design, a St. Louis-based firm, to evaluate and make recommendations about Edgerton’s Downtown Core. The 90-page document was created after an extensive public engagement period with three distinct goals: improving mobility and the flow of traffic through the downtown area, addressing the need for a more diverse mix of commercial and residential development, and creation of a comprehensive streetscape strategy.
