That breaks down to about 2 miles a day\, or roughly 4\,000 steps. Each week\, participants will turn in their step totals to monitor progress and see how close they are to reaching the finish line. \nEveryone who signs up will receive a water bottle\, and those who complete the challenge will earn a t-shirt plus a chance to win a gift card in a raffle. This training provides girls and women of all ages with hands-on defense training to provide safety awareness that everyone needs and deserves.
