Ordinance No. 1027

Authorizing the City to issue industrial revenue bonds (ELHC XXXIII, LLC), Series 2016 in an aggregate amount not to exceed $43,350,000 for the purpose of financing a warehouse and distribution facility; authorizing the City to enter into a trust indenture with UMB Bank, N.A. as trustee; authorizing the city to enter into base lease and lease agreement with ELHC XXXIII, LLC and authorize and approve the execution of additional documents and other actions necessary
