Water and Sewer Services
The City of Edgerton provides water, sanitary sewer and residential solid waste collection services for its residential utility customers. Most of the utility customers reside within the corporate limits of the City, but some water customers live outside the City. Utility bills are calculated at City Hall and sent to customers once a month on or around the 1st of each month.
The City of Edgerton provides sanitary sewer utilities via the existing Edgerton Wastewater Facility (at Sunflower Road and Nelson Road) or the Big Bull Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (at Homestead Lane and Interstate 35). Property owners wishing to connect to the Edgerton sanitary sewer system are required to annex within the city limits.
Gardner Disposal is the provider of residential trash collection services for Edgerton residents and will provide one trash and one recycling cart to each residence.
Trash collection day is Wednesday. Residents that would like to sign up for any additional services needed such as additional carts (trash or recycle), smaller size of carts, house-side collection, etc. should contact City Hall (913) 893-6231 during regular business hours.
To activate a new residential utility account, please contact City Hall at (913) 893-6231 – there will be a $30 Service Application Fee for Residents within the City Limits.

Pay My Bill
The City of Edgerton has partnered with an online payment vendor for all city utilities – Payment Services Network (PSN). You can pay your Edgerton utility bill and access your Edgerton utility account online.
FIRST-TIME ONLINE USERS: To access your Edgerton utility account online for the first time, click the link below and complete the online registration process. Please make sure to have your bill handy to provide your account number. Registering online will allow you to pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay. You can also print receipts, view payment history and view your BALANCE DUE.
RETURNING ONLINE USERS: Once you have registered your Edgerton utility account online, click the link below to access the account in the future. Services available online include scheduling a payment or setting up Auto-Pay. You may also print receipts, view payment history and view your BALANCE DUE.

- IN-PERSON payments may be made at City Hall during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays)
- AFTER HOURS DROP BOX conveniently located outside City Hall at 404 E. Nelson Street (please no cash in drop box)
Other Enhanced Account Services
In addition to the new methods of payment, customers who register an account online with PSN have access to several enhanced account features including ability to sign up for e-statements to be emailed directly to your Inbox. Other enhanced services include: pay immediately online, schedule a payment, set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill, print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments and stop Auto-Pay.
