Topping Out Ceremony

The walls are up and the final steel beams are coming soon! Be a part of Edgerton history by attending a topping out ceremony for The Greenspace.

A Topping Out Ceremony celebrates the last piece of steel placed on the top of a building. This will be a public event with City Officials, City Staff, The Greenspace project team, Nelson Street business owners and the general public invited to sign a beam that will be part of The Greenspace roof structure.
After signing, the beam will be raised and placed into the structure. The ceremony is not expected to take more than 30 minutes.
Nelson Street between E 3rd and E 4th streets will be closed to through traffic during the ceremony.
