Authorizing the city to issue industrial revenue bonds (CY Edgerton LLC project), Series 2016, in an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000 for purpose of providing funds for acquisition, purchasing, constructing, installing, and equipping a commercial project consisting of surface container storage lot; authorizing the city to enter in trust indenture with Security Bank of Kansas City, base lease agreement with CY Edgerton; bond purchase agreement, and execution of bonds
