Mayor Roberts has appointed a new member to the Edgerton City Council. Bill Malloy was sworn in during a special meeting on December 1.

City Council Members unanimously approved the appointment. He replaces Council Member Josie Stambaugh who resigned from her seat in September.

Council Member Malloy has lived and worked in Edgerton for three years. “I wanted to get more involved with my community,” he said. “This is a great way to help shape the future for my children and the next generation.”

Malloy is married with six children and is active in his church. He frequently travels on mission trips and recently returned from Belize, where he and his wife hosted a conference for six village churches.
