Edgerton utility customers will not be charged a late fee for any bill paid between March 16 and March 25, 2023. The City heard numerous reports from residents that they did not receive their utility bill in the mail before the due date. The City will not penalize customers for mail-related delays.
As a courtesy to our customers, the 10% late fee will not be added in March. All bills must be paid in full by March 25 unless payment arrangements are made in advance. Any account that is unpaid after March 25 will be disconnected and a $25 reconnection charge added to the account.
Utility bills can be paid online, in person or over the phone at City Hall during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), or by calling 1-877-947-8583 any time.
