Establishing the Big Bull Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Major Maintenance Reserve Fund in the City of Edgerton pursuant to the Contract for Services for Construction of Wastewater Improvements and Transportation and Treatment of Wastewater in an area between the City of Edgerton, KS and Gardner, KS

Amending Chapter III, Articles 2, 3, 4 and 7 of the Edgerton Municipal Code to correctly reflect the State requirement of a biennial occupational tax for the sale of liquor by retail establishments, drinking establishments, and private club

Prohibiting commercial truck traffic in the Martin Creek Parking Lot, and entrance thereto, in the City and providing for certain penalties for violation thereof

Amending Article 3 of the Edgerton Municipal Code to match the separation requirements of the state of Kansas for a liquor license from a church or school

Authorizing bond documents and the issuance of the City’s industrial revenue bond (Coldpoint Logistics Real Estate, LLC First Expansion Project) Series 2017, for the purpose of financing and providing tax abatement for a warehouse and cold-storage distribution facility
