Public Invited to Ribbon Cutting for 207th Street Grade Separation Project

Kara Banks City News

The 207th Street Grade Separation project is nearly complete. To celebrate, the City of Edgerton will hold a ribbon cutting and ceremonial first drive over the new bridge on Monday, December 20 at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend to help us mark this important public safety infrastructure improvement project.

Parking will be available along southbound Co-Op Road. A golf cart will be available to shuttle people to the ceremony site. Afterward, the public is invited to drive across the new bridge toward Sunflower Road. Please refer to the map below.

207th Street will reopen between Sunflower and Co-Op Road at 6 p.m. on Monday, January 20th. The west end of the project connecting to Braun Street will remain closed until work is completed. This is still an active construction zone, so we urge drivers to exercise caution while driving through the area.
