  Pay My Bill

The City of Edgerton has partnered with an online payment vendor for all city utilities – Municipal Online Services. You can pay your Edgerton utility bill and access your Edgerton utility account online.

FIRST-TIME ONLINE USERS: To access your Edgerton utility account online for the first time, click the link below and complete the online registration process. Please make sure to have your bill handy to provide your account number. Registering online will allow you to pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay. You can also print receipts, view payment history and consumption history.

RETURNING ONLINE USERS: Once you have registered your Edgerton utility account online, click the link below to access the account in the future. Services available online include scheduling a payment or setting up Auto-Pay. You may also print receipts, view payment history and view your BALANCE DUE.

  Other Payment Methods

In addition to paying your utility bill online, customers may use of the Payment Options listed below:

  • PHONE at 1-877-947-8583 (24/7)
  • IN-PERSON payments may be made at City Hall during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays)
  • AFTER HOURS DROP BOX conveniently located outside City Hall at 404 E. Nelson Street (please no cash in drop box)

Other Enhanced Account Services

In addition to the new methods of payment, customers who register an account online  have access to several enhanced account features including ability to sign up for e-statements to be emailed directly to your Inbox. Other enhanced services include: pay immediately online, schedule a payment, set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill, print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments and stop Auto-Pay.
