Pollinator Program

July 10 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Join Miami County Conservation District an Water Works Park Honey for an interactive and educational program exploring how pollinators protect our water! Discover the important role pollinators—like bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects—play in keeping our ecosystems healthy and our water clean.

Through hands-on activities and engaging demonstrations, participants will learn how native plants and pollinators work together to reduce runoff and improve water quality. Experience a rainfall simulator in action to see how different landscapes impact water flow and conservation efforts.

As a special highlight, participants will help release butterflies and witness these beautiful pollinators take flight! Each attendee will also receive a native plant to take home, helping you support pollinators and protect water right in your own backyard.

Come learn, explore, and make a positive impact on your environment.
