We’re celebrating America’s 250th year in Edgerton! Join your friends and neighbors for a day full of fun activities for the whole family.

This family-friendly event features:

America 250 Pancake Breakfast
Founding Fathers Scavenger Hunt
DJ Phil Davis
Inflatable bounce houses and amusement ride
Face painting
Other fun activities for the whole family

Don’t forget to bring blankets, chairs, sunscreen and extra water. America 250 merchandise is available and will be sold at the event. See more below.

Schedule of events (subject to change):

8AM-11AM – America 250 Pancake Breakfast at The Greenspace
- $5 per person
- Veterans and Kids Under 5 eat free
- Tickets available at the door
9AM-10AM – Live bald eagle and golden eagle demonstration at The Greenspace
11AM – 3PM – City-wide Founding Fathers Scavenger Hunt
6 PM – Gates open at Martin Creek Park
- FREE Burgers and hotdogs available from Two Guys and a Grill, while supplies last
- Amusement ride and bounce houses open
- FREE Ice Cream sponsored by LENNAR, while supplies last
9:45PM – Fireworks begin

Getting to the Event

Parking is limited at Martin Creek Park. Additional parking is available across the street in Big Bull Creek Park.

Shuttles to the event are available from 6:00 p.m. – 11 p.m. Stops are located at City Hall and Edgerton Elementary. The shuttle is free. There will be two buses running continuously. See the map below:

Commemorate America 250

Honoring Our Veterans

We’re also selling yard signs to honor local veterans and thank them for their service. For $40, you’ll get two signs: one with your veterans image, years of service and military branch that will be on display on July 3 at The Greenspace and Martin Creek Park during the event. You will also get second sign that you can put in your yard at home!
