A hearing has been scheduled for the City’s request for declaratory judgement regarding the citizen-led petition to ban “high-impact” data centers. The City is asking the court to determine whether the petition is legally eligible to proceed.
A judge will review motions in the case on Thursday, September 3 at 9 a.m.
